Non-chronological report

This week for English we will be writing a non-chronological report about a yellow spotted lizard. Follow the tasks and by the end of the week, you will have produced a beautifully detailed piece of writing!

On Monday, you will need to read through the 4 texts and make a list of any key information on lizards.

On Tuesday, Read Chapter 8 and think about how you could select and start planning how you might section off the information.

On Wednesday, read through the non-chronological report on yellow spotted lizards and sharks. What features of a non-chronological report can you identify?

On Thursday and Friday, start to write and present your non-chronological report. Include detailed information, full sentences and pictures to add detail.

TOPIC TASKS

This Week's Topic Task is all about helping. Helping others and helping yourselves. See if you can complete all tasks this week. In a way, it's a bit like the VE Day celebrations you arranged, in the sense that these activities will improve the well-being and happiness of both, those who are involved, and those who are on the receiving end. Good luck.
