Tuesday 1st March Update from Kingswood
All have arrived safe and well. Unfortunately, the team in the Isle of Wight are experiencing some challenges with the Wi-Fi so this message is forwarded from school in the hope that we can resolve these issues soon.
As it stands this morning, all children would have completed at least one activity so far. Some experienced a baptism of fire yesterday evening in the activity ‘The Leap of Faith”. It has even been reported that four of the group made it to the very top! Amazing work Year 4! All the children enjoyed their first dinner, before embarking upon ‘Mini Olympics’. Needless to say, they were all shattered after the excitement of the day.
After a good night’s sleep, the children are all already up, ready and preparing themselves for a series of challenges that await them today.
We will update this page with photographs as soon as the Wi-Fi situation improves.
Wednesday 2nd March
The children slept very well last night, and reports from all claim that they slept soundly all the way through with no awakenings! I'm personally not surprised given the activities they completed yesterday.
The VERY sensible Year 4 children obviously realised that they'll need every bit of energy to complete the next stage in their residential mission.
We still have issues with the internet but we will continue to update this page with the latest photos and videos as they come in!
