UPDATE FROM BRIGADE REF UNIFORM ORDERS
Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to update you about the current situation regarding parent on-line orders.
Brigade has always had customer service at its core, however the ongoing situation with Covid has temporarily taken matters out of our control and sadly we will be informing some families their orders placed before 7th August will not arrive before the start of term. Due to parents uncertainty surrounding the return to school in September, a huge percentage of orders have been placed in the last two weeks before our published deadline.
The Covid outbreak has affected many businesses and unfortunately Brigade has not been immune to this. Social distancing compliance coupled with a member of our production team contracting the virus reducing our staff numbers, has caused longer production lead times on all orders. Additionally we are experiencing significant stock delays from many of our suppliers because of Covid related disruption within the textile industry.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the understandable disappointment and inconvenience this may cause and trust that we are doing our utmost to get orders out as soon as possible.
