• Mrs Ward retires

  STAFF CHANGES

  We say goodbye to Mrs Ward this term as she is retiring. 

  I know that her colleagues, our  children and

  parents have greatly appreciated her hard work and

  dedication during her 19 years at Sholing Junior

  School and  we wish Mrs Ward all the best for the future.  We have recruited Mrs Jones, an experienced teacher and someone who has previously held the role of SENCO  at another school. She will take over from Mrs Ward after Christmas.

  Please could you help us complete a survey about your child's current spelling provision at school and home. We are currently undertaking a review of our approach to spelling within the school, and would very much appreciate your opinions and help us to gain a greater understanding of how spellings are learnt at home.
