Kingswood 2020

DAY 1 Monday 2nd March 2020

We have arrived safely on the Isle Wight after a calm voyage across the Solent. The sleeping accommodation is luxurious and the adults really enjoyed making the beds and putting on 60 quilt covers.  They will not be doing that again! We are now off to our first activity and looking forward to a quiet night.

DAY 2 Tuesday 3rd March 2020

Today we were high in the clouds on the balance bneam and abseiling down the giant tower. Lots of us made it to the top - including Mrs Johnson and Ms Noad! We then went on to to try our hand at archery and then the difficult obstacle course. After lunch we made bottle rockets and had a competition to see who could travel the furthest. Finally we built racing buggies and got very muddy.  We will sleep very well tonight.

DAY 3 Wednesday 4th March 2020

This morning we walked down to an amazing beach and looked for marine life in the rock pools. This afternoon we completed the scary leap of faith and did some orienteering - in the rain!

Hopefully, we'll be singing around the campfire tonight. We love Kingswood.
