15.10.21 STONE AGE DAY!

We started our day by using our sketches and research to build Stonehenge… we discussed what else might be around the area and designed a perfect cave to live in!

Then, using our historical research skills, we decided on a source of accurate information and created our own stone-age fact files.  We worked in teams and used lots of different resources including our very own topic books!

To end our day, we used our knowledge of stone-age cave paintings to decorate our own class caves!  We know that the hunter gatherers would have had amazing stories to tell us, so we tried to recreate their great hunting adventures!
